The third annual Angwin AirExpo was held April 19 2026, organized by Angwin DART and Pacific Union College (airport owners.) It was a full day event with pancake breakfast, plane rides and flour bombing contest. Good weather and a good turnout made for a superb community event. See the photo slideshow here.

Marin 99s member Marielle Coeytaux is a big part of this event each year, and she leads the Angwin DART (Disaster Airlift Response Team). She says: "We're a group of 34 pilots based at 2o3, who either own an aircraft or are CFIs at the local flight school (that owns a fleet of 5 planes). Our goal is to be prepared to provide free air transportation of people or equipment in/out of our airport if/when a disaster hits. We do bi-annual exercises to be prepared for real time activation. I'm head of the organization and have been serving as Incident Commander for our exercises, but am slowly preparing my succession. Every year, our Team grows a bit - both in numbers and in capacity - and these AirExpo events have been very helpful in connecting us with other Emergency Responders of Napa County (with whom we'll be cooperating in an emergency situation)."
